I'm taking the optimistic approach here and assuming everyone has more or less gotten over the partial droning. It... seems less mentally exhausting that worrying over it.

I think... some cases are special. And there's nothing to say that ceasing to exist here doesn't just mean getting to go home.

It would make sense, wouldn't it? The working theory on this timeline in relation to our own is that we've been pulled sideways here, right? If we die permanently here, or if we're permanently droned, they must send us back. They can't just make us cease to exist wherever we came from.

Of course, you could look at it from a spiritual perspective, too, but I've never really been into that.
