Woooow, everything is so busy all of a sudden! Is October always like this in America? I kinda like it. We got the zombies out of the way nice and early so the rest of the month we can party, right! ♪

So, I'm going to that dance, but what I'm really excited for is Halloween. I've never gone trick-or-treating before. So all you adults, you'll have candy if you don't want to be tricked! That's the way this is supposed to work, and now that I've filled you in, there will be no excuses...

[someone try to tell Rin that the tricking part of Halloween is pretty much out of practice. She won't listen.]

Everyone else is going to be in costume too, right? It's going to be so fun... Oh, but the clock is ticking, so if you don't have a costume yet then you should call me right away so I can help you brainstorm! I heard the costume rush is insane, you don't want to procrastinate on this. ♪

That would be a little early though, right? [ She does seem to be considering it. ] I mean, usually they do the holiday stuff on the day itself.

You're probably right. I heard last Halloween was sort of interrupted, though. So they did it after... ♪

Huh? Interrupted? I hadn't heard anything about it yet, so in what kind of way was it interrupted?

I don't know much about it, but apparently there was a Russian guy in town that they were on a manhunt for. ♪

It sure sounds strange.. Not that the idea of a manhunt in this place is all that strange, but I haven't heard of anything like it before.

Well there was the time when they assigned everyone a target to kill, but it sounds like this was really, the town bosses against one guy. Which is definitely something I've never heard of before. You have to wonder what lead up to it... ♪

If the people who lead this town were so persistent about catching just one person.. That person must have known something important, probably. They usually don't care about individuals in this town, so there must have been something special about him.
