[people are being very silly today. Red has seen quite enough of this nonsense to last him a lifetime, and while there are a great many people who seem to be in need of help, he's only one person and it doesn't take much to distract him at all.
current said distraction happens to be Rin. watching her stumble in the direction of the highway, Red follows in the most inconspicuous way he can manage - atop Charizard. he flies overhead, keeping a safe distance behind her so that it'll be harder to see him, and continues for some time.
it's time to draw the line when she starts singing. Charizard flies lower and lower until Red is able to safely hop off of his back, drawing him back into his Poke Ball when he's safely on the street and barely a few feet behind Rin. after a few seconds, he finally finds his voice and calls out:]
